What a certificate can and cannot establish. Identity, purity, content and contamination are testable properties of a sample. Sterility of the vial you actually hold, the conditions it was stored and shipped under, and the true origin of the material are not established by any certificate. A grade here describes the paperwork, not the product, and nothing here endorses obtaining or using any compound.
